The Other Worlds Shrine

Your place for discussion about RPGs, gaming, music, movies, anime, computers, sports, and any other stuff we care to talk about...

  • You have to read this brutal Salon.com article on the T&A on display at E3...

  • Because playing them is not enough, we have to bitch about them daily, too. We had a Gameplay forum, but it got replaced by GameFAQs.

Man-o-man. The article starts with the author giving very negative look at GOD's "Promised Lot" area at E3 and T&A there in general. It goes on to give a brutal analysis of the fans and ends up by giving a harsh breakdown of today's developers, saying they are not ready for the mainstream. Lots of interesting anecdotes including how a QA team at what he calls a "leading developer" did a gang bang on a prostitute.

Like I said, an interesting read, regardless of whether you agree with the author's viewpoints.

So did anyone get a chance to see GOD's "Promised Lot" area? :)</div>
