what's not mentioned were the details of the last patch
1) both bosses will despawn automatically after 2 hours if not killed.
2) the HP of the bosses was lowered in accordance to the first change.

the super hard to get item can be obtained by a group of three level 60 players (level cap is 75), the fight itself takes under 10 minutes. the drop rate is just horrendous (many people report to be well over 0/200).

when used together they negate each other and the character can deal insane damage for 30 seconds.
this strategy was tried before but it didn't work. if you use this plan, you don't have much more than 30 seconds to finish the fight. it only works now because they lowered the Max HP in the patch.
